Responsibilities
- Analyse des dysfonctionnements de l’activité, recherche de solutions correctrices et mise en œuvre de celles-ci (si besoin avec l’aide de la maintenance)
- Conduite de la ligne de production et réglages des machines afin de garantir un produit conforme aux standards
- Participation à des groupes d’amélioration continue ou de résolution de problèmes multi-métiers grâce à votre expérience et vos connaissances techniques
- Formation des régleurs et conducteurs de machine
- Remplacement du chef d’équipe lors des pauses et congés
- Assurer au quotidien le bon fonctionnement de la ligne de production et analyser les écarts aux standards, proposer et mettre en œuvre les mesures correctrices
