Requirements

  • Ability to set up and configure various low voltage systems (e.g., security systems, fire alarms, CCTV, audio/video systems, network cabling)
  • Proficiency in running, terminating, and labeling cables according to project requirements and industry standards
  • Capability to perform regular maintenance checks, identify and resolve issues, and fix faults in low voltage systems
  • Skills in providing technical support, training end users, and addressing customer inquiries professionally
  • Knowledge to ensure installations and repairs adhere to local, state, and federal regulations
  • Commitment to following all safety guidelines and maintaining accurate records of installations, maintenance, and repairs
  • Ability to evaluate systems for upgrades, perform system upgrades, and generate reports on system performance
  • Proficiency in working closely with technicians, engineers, project managers, and communicating effectively with clients

Responsibilities

  • Oversee Low Voltage repairs in Sub Regions 357 and 336A
  • Assist in the operation of multiple facilities and perform additional job-related duties as assigned
  • Set up and configure low voltage systems
  • Run, terminate, and label cables according to project requirements and standards
  • Perform regular maintenance checks, identify/resolve issues, and fix faults to minimize downtimes
  • Provide technical support, training to end users, and address customer inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for installations and repairs
  • Follow safety guidelines, maintain records, and generate reports on system performance and maintenance
  • Evaluate existing systems and perform upgrades for improved performance or compliance
  • Collaborate with technicians, engineers, project managers, and communicate with clients
  • Lead teams by sharing resources, coordinating work, providing feedback, and ensuring timelines/quality
  • Develop and implement processes to meet business needs, monitor progress, and identify improvements
  • Demonstrate, promote, and support company policies, ethics, integrity, and compliance
