This is a full-time hybrid position requiring you to report to the office in Colchester, VT.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, demonstrated ability to learn complex systems, organize and write clear concise documentation, and work independently and collaboratively.
The Knowledge Team focuses on helping beverage industry customers use VIP applications through easy-to-use content, with technical writers collaborating closely with product owners, development, support, and implementation teams.
The ideal candidate has a desire to continuously learn complex systems, turn them into clear user-friendly documentation with visuals, follow style guides, show empathy for end-users, and communicate thoughtfully while meeting deadlines.
