Responsibilities

  • Create monthly release notes documenting new enhancements for assigned VIP applications
  • Create knowledge bases from the ground up for new applications
  • Update existing articles based on new enhancements and requests from other team members
  • Draft content in Google Docs
  • Take screenshots and annotate them to supplement documentation
  • Read technical details, ask questions to subject matter experts (SMEs), and try features to understand them
  • Check Jira daily for new requests and keep tickets updated
  • Work with team lead to prioritize deliverables
  • Go through edits from team editor and update drafts as needed
  • As advancing, take initiative to determine updates needed and manage time
