Responsibilities

Create monthly release notes documenting new enhancements for assigned VIP applications
Create knowledge bases from the ground up for new applications
Update existing articles based on new enhancements and requests from other team members
Draft content in Google Docs
Take screenshots and annotate them to supplement documentation
Read technical details, ask questions to subject matter experts (SMEs), and try features to understand them
Check Jira daily for new requests and keep tickets updated
Work with team lead to prioritize deliverables
Go through edits from team editor and update drafts as needed
As advancing, take initiative to determine updates needed and manage time
