Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience, along with 10+ years of relevant work experience, including 5+ years in technical program management. Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, technologies, and best practices is required, as well as excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to structure and manage complex programs and proficiency in using program management tools and methodologies are also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Program Manager, you will develop and implement program structures to activate and manage data engineering programs, establish and maintain organized systems for program information, develop and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed, facilitate day-to-day activities and drive program momentum, manage the entire project lifecycle, identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, and continuously evaluate and improve program management processes and practices. You will also collaborate closely with engineering managers, data engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of scalable and reliable data solutions.
