Requirements
Candidates should have 3+ years of product management experience, including shipping technical products such as APIs, platforms, and infrastructure, and direct experience interfacing with customers through roadmap discussions, feedback loops, or support escalations. They should possess deep familiarity with APIs, developer platforms, and integrations, including authentication models, versioning strategies, and architectural patterns. B2B SaaS experience and technical fluency in modern software systems (microservices, APIs, client-server architecture) are also required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for articulating product requirements and GTM messaging.
Responsibilities
As the Technical Product Manager - Core Platform, the individual will build and evolve foundational platform capabilities, such as common services, ingress/egress layers, telemetry pipelines, identity and access primitives, and developer-facing APIs. They will deeply understand user needs by engaging with customers, mapping workflows, identifying pain points, and aligning on desired outcomes. The role involves driving cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, GTM, and leadership to align initiatives with company priorities. They will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to iteration, particularly for complex platform features, and measure product success metrics.
