Requirements

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Extensive knowledge of software stacks, particularly those oriented around .NET and Azure
  • Proven experience in leading technical teams in cloud development projects, demonstrating strong leadership and mentorship skills
  • Deep understanding of software design principles such as SOLID, Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and the Twelve-Factor App methodology
  • Experience in agile development projects (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Cloud-first mindset with the ability to design and implement on-premises compatible cloud solutions
  • Strong enthusiasm for cloud technologies, with familiarity in tools and practices such as Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Technically lead the internal development of cloud and on-premises software
  • Communicate with external technical leaders to ensure compliance with internal needs and company guidelines
  • Be a trusted fellow, always ready to help colleagues with their daily problems and questions
  • Show clear leadership by guiding and mentoring younger and less experienced colleagues
  • Be a key player in helping to take the software architecture to the next level
  • Monitor technical debt and contribute plans and ideas for its harmonious reduction
  • Contribute to ongoing processes and guidelines to keep technical debt under control
  • Work hand in hand with the system architect and translate high-level architectural requirements into specific architectural decisions at the software component level
