Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, along with 6+ years of industry experience in the design, development, customization, configuration, and deployment of Identity Management and Governance products. Strong domain knowledge in User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, and Reconciliation, Auditing, Reporting, and user activity Monitoring is required, as well as expertise in Access Certification, SOD (Segregation of Duties), and Password management. Familiarity with Cloud Security, Java/J2EE and strong SQL knowledge, along with experience in Unix Shell/Perl scripting and Batch Jobs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for architecting and deploying the Saviynt Identity Governance solution to meet customer requirements, designing, deploying, implementing, and integrating Saviynt with critical applications and infrastructure. You will also interact with customers to gather requirements, conduct technical workshops, and provide weekly status updates, offering technical oversight and direction to junior consultants, training talent, and assisting the operations team. Furthermore, you will provide technical pre-sales support, conduct research on competitive solutions, ensure the delivery of high-quality product on time and within budget, and resolve technical issues through debugging and investigation.
