Requirements

Candidates must have professional experience with React or another modern JavaScript web framework, TypeScript, NodeJS, SQL (MySQL or PostgreSQL), MongoDB, and Kafka. A strong grasp of event-driven architecture and event modeling, proficiency with Git, and excellent English communication skills for remote work are essential. Experience with performance optimization, agile development, and a self-motivated, solution-oriented mindset are also required.

Responsibilities

The Technical Lead will design and document solutions for complex problems, identify opportunities for service reuse, and mentor other engineers. They will play a central role in technical and organizational contributions, plan improvements with a six-month view, and solve highly complex technical problems. This includes proposing initial technical implementations to address scaling and performance issues and guiding conversations to remove blockers.
