A strong understanding of Petite Fit and grading, expertise in garment construction, fabric wash treatments, and fabrication are essential, along with mastery of 2D Pattern Software, GSuite, and MS Office.
The Technical Designer will oversee the development of block patterns and spec libraries, conduct seasonal product reviews, and develop/maintain Tech Packs, ensuring clear communication of fit comments to vendors. Responsibilities include supporting fit sessions, managing sample approvals to meet deadlines, building Technical Design Tools, driving fit initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine style and fit, balancing comfort and proportions for petites.
