The Team Lead will lead and mentor a team of paid search managers, ensuring their success and growth while meeting KPIs. This role involves overall ownership and operation of global Paid Search campaigns, ensuring platforms are set up for success, and educating the team on best practices. Responsibilities include owning team workflows for product and brand streams, managing the entire top-of-funnel user experience from ad to landing page, initiating conversations with external vendors, and leading complex, large-scale projects. The role also encompasses full ownership of the team's testing strategy, campaign structures, and bidding strategies.
