Requirements

  • Coach and mentor team members, fostering growth and engagement through daily feedback, performance reviews, and skill development
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, especially within the genre, and bring fresh ideas to gameplay, environments, and features
  • Create a positive team culture through strong communication, human-centered leadership, and the ability to tactfully challenge and guide others
