Responsibilities
As a Team Lead, you will lead a team of 50+ freelancers, design business processes and drive process improvements, support the execution of these processes by removing barriers for team members, improve process efficiency and reduce defects, implement impactful quality and efficiency projects, build a dynamic and proactive team, own team KPIs and performance, collaborate with engineering teams on process automation, escalate risks and incidents early, and communicate effectively with managers, analysts, and researchers.
