Responsibilities

Betreuung und Beratung von inlandischen und ausländischen Tochtergesellschaften in körperschafts- und umsatzsteuerlichen Angelegenheiten
Selbständige und umfassende Betreuung von Betriebsprüfungen
Erstellung von Verrechnungspreisdokumentationen
Unterstützung des Business in umsatzsteuerlichen und Verrechnungspreisfragestellungen
Steuerliche Umstrukturierungen
Steuer-Reporting
Gewährleistung einer sicheren und effizienten Betriebspraxis
Koordination von internen und externen Steuerberatungsdiensten
Entwicklung und Implementierung von Steuer- und Verrechnungspraktiken
