Responsibilities

The Tax Manager will manage Clio’s global corporate tax compliance, focusing on the United States and Canada, review and/or prepare corporate income tax and information returns, ensure accurate and timely compliance and filing, support Clio’s global indirect tax compliance and recovery initiatives, review indirect tax returns, manage the reconciliation of general ledger accounts and journal entries related to taxes, and serve as a main point of contact for external tax matters.
