Responsibilities

The Telia Service Engineer will install, maintain, and troubleshoot Telia internet and smart TV services at customers' homes, provide technical support, resolve technical issues, and ensure that customers can use the latest technologies without disruptions. They will visit clients, test and adapt advanced technological solutions, ensure smooth service operation, and assist clients in finding solutions that meet their needs, from connectivity to additional Telia services or equipment. They will contribute to team goals and help clients maximize all Telia's opportunities.
