- At least 1 year of professional experience in a medical environment (e.g., OTA specialist, medical technology application, clinical support, physiotherapy)
- High technical affinity and ability to explain complex relationships quickly and understandably
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Stress resistance and ability to remain calm in tense situations
- Organizational and planning reliability as well as a high degree of commitment
- Valid class B driver's license and high willingness to travel
- Fluent German and very good English skills (level C1) in spoken and written form

- Operating room (OP) experience
Responsibilities
- Training and support for doctors and operating room (OP) staff before and during operations in handling the Mako system in the Greater Franconia area
- OP instruction on the clinical and technical management of the Mako system and its installed applications (hip and knee TEP slides)
- Software explanation to prepare preoperative CT data compatible with Mako and support the doctor in preoperative planning
- Creation of previews of upcoming operations using the Mako system
- Planning, organization, and execution of training programs as well as presentations for users from OP and radiology departments
- Coordination of newly acquired customers in collaboration with the endoprosthetics sales team
- Sales support for all product-specific questions at trade fairs and congresses
