Responsibilities

  • Training and support for doctors and operating room (OP) staff before and during operations in handling the Mako system in the Greater Franconia area
  • OP instruction on the clinical and technical management of the Mako system and its installed applications (hip and knee TEP slides)
  • Software explanation to prepare preoperative CT data compatible with Mako and support the doctor in preoperative planning
  • Creation of previews of upcoming operations using the Mako system
  • Planning, organization, and execution of training programs as well as presentations for users from OP and radiology departments
  • Coordination of newly acquired customers in collaboration with the endoprosthetics sales team
  • Sales support for all product-specific questions at trade fairs and congresses
