Responsibilities

The Talent Sourcer will partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to design and execute hiring strategies, gather and communicate competitive market intelligence, and collaborate with the sourcing team to leverage best practices. They will independently develop and maintain candidate flow, source candidates through various channels, act as an ambassador for Kraken, and participate in research projects to improve hiring infrastructure.
