Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field. They should have at least 3 years of industry experience in testing complex systems, particularly in AI, autonomous behavior, modeling, simulation, or vehicle platforms. Responsibilities

The System Test Engineer will develop test plans and test cases at the highest level of integration, focusing on automating testing with internal Hardware in the Loop (HIL) assets. They will review data, collect metrics, and provide quantitative evidence for milestone readiness. Additionally, they will analyze vehicle logs and test data using in-house tools to trace failures for root cause analysis and support the defect management process from recognition to resolution.
