Responsibilities

Develop system requirements for Harbinger’s body systems, including exterior lighting, driver information and telltales, wiper/washers, anti-theft and immobilization, and auxiliary power
Identify features for the infotainment system and develop a product roadmap with milestones, collaborating with engineering, design, and product management
Contribute to the design of user workflows, applying UI-UX principles
Develop comprehensive technical specifications based on customer input, considering usability, performance, and regulatory compliance
Work closely with cross-functional teams within Harbinger and external vendors
Serve as the voice of the customer within the engineering team, advocating for customer-centric design and solutions
Facilitate communication between internal teams and customers to address inquiries, clarify requirements, and resolve issues
