Requirements

Proven experience in developing and integrating complex systems, preferably in the defence industry
Strong systems thinking skills with the ability to initiate and drive trade studies
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to a variety of stakeholders (internally and externally)
Experience developing requirement sets, and an ability to agree these collaboratively with different stakeholder groups including System Design Authorities and Government organisations
Project engineering knowledge to be able to design and deliver work packages
British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship (security clearance requirements)

Responsibilities

Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team in support of integration (physical / functional) of an MBDA land product into a wider Ground Based Air Defence Weapon System context
Report to the Head of Systems of Systems Integration across work streams related to the PILICA+ programme
Work with the Polish customer to define and agree the Land Ceptor Requirements for a Projects Phase 2 programme
Serve as the main point of contact to the Polish customer on P+ technical issues related to System of System activities
Lead regular (monthly) technical working groups with the Polish customer including co-ordinating with engineering teams on required inputs
Co-ordinate and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team on technical issues, queries and conflict resolution including co-ordinating responses to and from the customer and industrial partners
