Requirements

  • Skilled in SoC or system-level integration, with a keen ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks in complex IP interactions
  • Technical leader who fosters high-performing teams, cuts through ambiguity, and drives structured execution
  • Confident navigating data formats, CPU-hardware boundaries, and cross-IP dependencies
  • Comfortable switching between hands-on debugging and high-level collaboration across orgs
  • Eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology (contingent upon citizenship/permanent residency status or ability to obtain prior license approval from the U.S. Commerce Department or applicable federal agency)

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a system integration team from the ground up, setting direction and standards
  • Align all pieces of the Tensix architecture into a unified, high-performance AI core
  • Own integration schedules, technical coordination, and system-level planning across DV, PD, and software
  • Debug performance issues across chip boundaries and optimize integration workflows
