Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
2–4 years of experience in systems software development
Proficiency with software systems design tools and programming languages
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience designing software systems across multiple platforms
Knowledge of software testing methodologies, including test plan execution, debugging, and use of testing tools/scripts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (and local language), with the ability to present design proposals and negotiate options

Responsibilities

Design and implement limited enhancements, updates, and programming changes for subsystems of systems software (OS, compilers, networking, utilities, databases, internet tools)
Analyze designs and determine coding, programming, and integration activities required based on project objectives and guidelines
Execute and document portions of testing plans and protocols; debug issues with code and suggest improvements
Collaborate with project teams (internal and outsourced) to deliver reliable, cost-effective, high-quality solutions
Communicate design status, project progress, and issue resolution effectively with stakeholders and partners
