Requirements

  • Major in acoustic/physical engineering, electronic engineering, biomedical engineering, signal processing or related area
  • Master degree or above
  • Experienced in Matlab/C++
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Open minded, strong ownership and team work

  • Familiar with system level design and integration

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for image quality parameter design and optimization for Ultrasound product
  • Responsible for ultrasound acoustic field and beam profile analysis, acoustic algorithm simulation and design
  • Responsible for scan sequence and signal processing algorithm simulation and design
  • Responsible for new algorithms design for new features and new applications
  • Responsible for system clinical evaluation to meet customer requirement
  • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations
  • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
  • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
  • Knowledge and understanding of document control, design transfer, verification, validation, acceptance activity, DMR, DHR and electronic signature requirements
