The Surgical Medical Science Liaison will serve as a strategic link between Alcon and Key Opinion Leaders in Ophthalmology and Optometry. Responsibilities include facilitating evidence generation for Investigator Initiated Trials (IITs), providing scientific exchange, delivering medical information through presentations, and addressing escalated medical inquiries. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, gathering insights to inform product strategies, and supporting medical education initiatives.
