Proficiency in SQL is required, along with the ability to write workable code in a high-level language such as Python, TypeScript, or Ruby. Comfort with using tools like Postman or curl to reproduce customer issues is necessary, and a strong desire to help customers succeed is essential.
The Support Engineer will own the first level of technical support for all customers and triage incoming support issues during business hours. They will work on tooling and customer-facing functionality to enhance customer success with Rutter's products. Collaboration with product, engineering, and the broader organization will be required to improve Rutter’s product offering.
