- Organization of tasting sessions & reporting (Quality Assurance & Quality Control)
- Support creation and maintenance of technical sheets & files (Quality Assurance & Quality Control)
- Organization of product shipments for fairs / marketing activities (Customer Service)
- Document control retail & industrial (Customer Service)
- Sample shipments / DHL bookings (Customer Service)
- Support administration / order to cash flow for “manual” customers (Customer Service)
- Maintenance of customer & item master data (Customer Service)
- Support in ensuring flawless EDI flow (Customer Service)
