Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above (Mechanical or Automation Major is a plus)
3-5 years of experience in automation equipment development or supply chain (experience in intelligent warehouse development, such as AGV, Vertical warehouse, automated supply chain is a plus)
Digital Skills: Familiar with Excel, Power Bi, Power Apps, etc
Good communication skills in English
Extensive experience in Business Process Improvement (analyzes processes, identifies solutions, evaluates factors, recommends approaches, establishes requirements, participates in strategic goals, overcomes resistance)
Extensive experience in Analytical Thinking (seeks discrepancies, organizes steps, identifies causes, quantifies costs/benefits/risks, breaks down problems, chooses analytical tools)
Extensive experience in Decision Making and Critical Thinking (differentiates assumptions/perspectives/frameworks, evaluates past decisions)

Responsibilities

Performs analysis to identify and develop business improvement opportunities and to evaluate return on investment (ROI) of the opportunity
Identifying, defining, and implementing integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvements, including building internal and external alliances to explore opportunities
Able to effectively develop intelligent supply chains, such as vertical warehouse systems, AGVs, automatic tooling equipment, etc
Establishing effective linkages, partnerships, and best practices with business partners and internal functions
Investigating and incorporating industry benchmarks, metrics and best practices to develop optimal supply chains for suppliers and/or product sets
Developing and analyzing data and information to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving performance and creating more cost-effective supply chains, inventory utilization, and business partnerships
