  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 3+ years of experience in automation equipment development or supply chain
  • Experience in intelligent warehouse development (e.g., AGV, vertical warehouse, automated supply chain) is a plus
  • Proficient in digital skills: Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, etc
  • Excellent project management experience

  • Extensive experience in Business Process Improvement (analyzes processes, identifies solutions, evaluates factors, recommends advanced technology, establishes requirements for changes, participates in strategic goals, overcomes resistance)

Responsibilities

  • Identifying, defining, and implementing integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvements, including building internal and external alliances to explore opportunities
  • Developing intelligent supply chains, such as vertical warehouse systems, AGVs, automatic tooling equipment, etc
  • Establishing effective linkages, partnerships, and best practices with business partners and internal functions
  • Investigating and incorporating industry benchmarks, metrics, and best practices to develop optimal supply chains for suppliers and/or product sets
  • Using digital tools (Power BI, Power Apps, etc.) to develop and analyze data and information to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving performance and creating more cost-effective supply chains, inventory utilization, and business partnerships
