Participate on strategic projects within the Supply Chain function (covering Logistics, Order to Delivery, Demand Management, Material Supply, Transportation, Compliance, and Supplier Quality)
Work and collaborate with teams across Caterpillar facilities worldwide
Bring fresh, innovative ideas to solve complex technical problems
Act as a fully involved team member with responsibility and accountability for key project deliverables
Work on multiple diverse projects during the yearlong scheme
