Responsibilities

  • Participate on strategic projects within the Supply Chain function (covering Logistics, Order to Delivery, Demand Management, Material Supply, Transportation, Compliance, and Supplier Quality)
  • Work and collaborate with teams across Caterpillar facilities worldwide
  • Bring fresh, innovative ideas to solve complex technical problems
  • Act as a fully involved team member with responsibility and accountability for key project deliverables
  • Work on multiple diverse projects during the yearlong scheme
