Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to evaluate data and implement successful plans
  • Outstanding communication skills for flawless client interaction
  • Proficiency in SAP, MySupply, and IBP, or a willingness to learn these systems
  • Keen attention to detail to maintain smooth and efficient operations

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate forecasts and perform data entry to ensure accurate supply chain planning
  • Participate in production plan evaluations and meetings with the Planning department
  • Manage purchase orders (PO) in SAP, including data entry, confirmation, and updates
  • Assess materials stock provided by clients, including API and other materials
  • Coordinate materials stock for shipments, including Temptales and other items
  • Manage shipments and incoming goods, acting as the interface between clients and the warehouse
  • Handle API imports, as well as samples and batches exports
  • Manage outstanding sampling requests and release activities
  • Engage in TU releases and update client trackers and release plans
  • Update S&OP, prepare presentations for client meetings, and ensure systems data are current
  • Issue invoices and credit notes, and perform activities requested by the BM/PM/PMO
  • Monitor critical metrics and use Power BI for inventory checks
