A degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics or another related field
Project management experience and the ability to work in an international environment
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage stakeholders and influence decisions
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with advanced analytics and data visualization tools, including QlikSense
Basic knowledge of Python and machine learning (an asset, can be developed on the job)
Nice to haves: Experience with Python, familiarity with QlikSense or other analytics tools, understanding of advanced analytics such as predictive modeling or scenario planning
Responsibilities
Analyse supply chain data to monitor key KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
Coordinate and support cross-country projects, ensuring timely follow-up and implementation
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and KPIs
Conduct scenario modelling and cost-benefit analysis for strategic decisions
Identify further enhancements of tools used in support of supply chain optimisation
Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Logistics, and occasionally with Sales and Commercial teams
Participate in productivity initiatives and workshops throughout the year
Ensure supply chain practices align with regulatory and sustainability standards
