Responsibilities

  • Oversee receipt, storage, tracking, and monitoring of empty totes and materials to ensure availability for production
  • Optimize storage and organization of materials and empty totes to maximize space and accessibility
  • Coordinate movement and distribution of materials and empty totes to/from production areas
  • Maintain accurate inventory of materials and empty totes to prevent shortages or overstocking
  • Inspect totes for damage, and repair or replace them timely to avoid supply chain disruptions
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries of materials and totes with production and logistics teams to prevent interruptions
  • Identify opportunities to minimize waste and reduce empty tote accumulation in non-productive areas
  • Streamline process flow of materials and totes between warehouse and production to minimize bottlenecks and delays
  • Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates responsible for handling materials and totes
