Requirements

Understanding, implementation, and maintenance knowledge of all applicable industry standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, QSR, ITAR, AS9100, NADCAP, etc
Experience in establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality objectives and goals
Ability to exemplify and hold team accountable to Plexus Core Values
Leadership skills focused on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and providing employee development and coaching

Responsibilities

Assist with the execution of Quality Management System (QMS) processes to ensure compliance with standards and regulations for assigned industries (Medical, Aerospace/Military/Defense, Industrial) to drive towards zero defects
Oversee key quality processes such as Management Review, CAPA, Complaints, and Audits
Drive continual improvement of the QMS
Support execution of QMS processes for various standards and regulations to assure consistent and high-quality execution
Work with Site Quality and Corporate groups to understand and develop quality regulatory requirements and compliance strategies, and support development of quality systems as applicable
Support external standard, regulatory, Customer, and product audits
Manage internal audit program with teams to ensure compliance as required by regulations governing Plexus products
Support customers, site, and regional quality, legal, and third-party interactions (incomplete in description)
