Requirements

  • Understanding, implementation, and maintenance knowledge of all applicable industry standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, QSR, ITAR, AS9100, NADCAP, etc
  • Experience in establishing, implementing, and maintaining quality objectives and goals
  • Ability to exemplify and hold team accountable to Plexus Core Values
  • Leadership skills focused on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and providing employee development and coaching

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the execution of Quality Management System (QMS) processes to ensure compliance with standards and regulations for assigned industries (Medical, Aerospace/Military/Defense, Industrial) to drive towards zero defects
  • Oversee key quality processes such as Management Review, CAPA, Complaints, and Audits
  • Drive continual improvement of the QMS
  • Support execution of QMS processes for various standards and regulations to assure consistent and high-quality execution
  • Work with Site Quality and Corporate groups to understand and develop quality regulatory requirements and compliance strategies, and support development of quality systems as applicable
  • Support external standard, regulatory, Customer, and product audits
  • Manage internal audit program with teams to ensure compliance as required by regulations governing Plexus products
  • Support customers, site, and regional quality, legal, and third-party interactions (incomplete in description)
