Requires a high school diploma/GED (4-year degree preferred), 3 years of inventory control and/or warehouse experience in food distribution, 1 year on IBM AS400, and warehouse equipment/forklift operation.
Work is light to medium with frequent walking, prolonged standing during inventories, inside/outside activities including extreme cold in freezers, and potential hazardous conditions near moving parts or high places. Involves using PC, Microsoft Office, mainframe, and operating pallet jack/forklift.
A strong candidate has a 4-year college degree in a related field, 3+ years of inventory/warehouse experience in food distribution, IBM AS400 proficiency, and experience with warehouse equipment like forklifts.
