- 5 years of electrical experience (commercial experience preferred)
- Knowledge of National Electric Code (NEC)
- Knowledge of construction safety requirements
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Basic computer skills
- Basic experience with low-voltage systems
- Journeyman's License (desired)
- Master Electrician's License (desired)
- OSHA 10/30 certification (desired)
- NFPA 70E certification (desired)
- Certification in Scissors Lift/Boom Lift/Telehandler operation (desired)

Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple projects and install electrical systems
- Lead and supervise multiple teams of electricians and apprentices (teams of six or more individuals)
- Read and interpret Conduit Drawings and Blueprints, and install accordingly
- Communicate with project managers regarding daily goals and assignments
- Ensure necessary materials are readily available and organized
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, performing tasks in accordance with OSHA and company standards
- Utilize technology to enhance communication and efficiency
- Ensure personal and team use of work tools complies with safety regulations
- Represent 5 Points Electrical in a professional and courteous manner
- Complete and submit all required paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Actively participate in project lookouts
