Must be currently seeking a law degree and enrolled in an ABA accredited university on a full-time basis or as required by the university's co-op program
Must have completed first year (1L) of law school before beginning the first work term
Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service
Prior experience in the legal field with a law firm is a plus
Proficiency with Westlaw encouraged
Travel up to 10%
Work that primarily involves sitting/standing
Offer contingent on applicable background checks and signing a non-disclosure agreement

Responsibilities
Work on many aspects of new and ongoing cases, such as research and writing memoranda, motions, and briefs on multiple substantive legal topics for Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and California
Attend and provide input at depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and court hearings
Help draft documents for hearings, mediations/settlement conferences, trial, and assist with the attorney in trial, if possible
Perform complex legal research and analysis within specified deadlines
