Currently enrolled and working towards a 4-year degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
0 – 1 year of experience in a related field
GPA of 3.0 or higher (preferred)
Basic knowledge and experience with version control systems such as Git
Understanding of networking fundamentals and protocols
Familiarity with containerization (i.e., Docker or Podman)
Exposure to programming and/or scripting languages such as Python, Shell, Bash, C++, Rust, or Go

Responsibilities

Assist with the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of development environments and production infrastructure
Collaborate with software developers to manage releases and deployments
Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development and production environments
Participate in automating and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and reliability
Contribute to the development and execution of scripts and tools to support infrastructure and application management
Aid in monitoring system performance and reliability, and assist with implementing new monitoring solutions
Support the integration and continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines
Writing repeatable playbooks and procedures to bring OS/applications up to STIG baselines
