Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, communications, or business operations — ideally within a large, matrixed global organization
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills — able to simplify complexity, identify patterns, and connect dots across functions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to craft clear, persuasive narratives for executive audiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive alignment among senior stakeholders
  • Experience in consulting, comms strategy, or business planning is critical
  • A bias for clarity, structure, and impact — and a collaborative, low-ego approach to work

Responsibilities

  • Lead annual and quarterly planning processes for Global Comms; translate enterprise priorities into actionable team goals, success measures, and workstreams
  • Partner with Comms LT to define and evolve the operating model and capabilities needed to deliver on our mission
  • Work closely with the comms LT and functional partners to ensure communications priorities and resources are aligned with company strategy
  • Support the Director Global Comms and leadership team in developing materials for eLT discussions, strategic offsites, and enterprise communications forums
  • Define KPIs and dashboards to track progress against strategic goals and team effectiveness
  • Help articulate the “why” behind our strategies — turning complexity into clear, compelling storytelling for internal audiences
  • Lead or support enterprise-level initiatives such as org design, leadership communications planning, or cross-functional collaboration efforts
