Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales outreach, proactive account management, customer success or lead generation position
  • English - minimum level C1 required
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on both outbound and inbound calling, to both cold and warm audiences (preferred)
  • Quota-based (target driven) sales experience with sales impact on performance and results attainment, and excitement/motivation by personal target attainment (preferred)
  • Specific knowledge and awareness of social media platforms, and their potential to both creators and users’ behaviours (preferred)
  • Interest in expanding industry knowledge through training and certifications (preferred)
  • Full time in office - Dublin 3 Eastpoint, Monday – Friday

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with creators via a cadence of outbound communications
  • Take creators on an experimental journey to define, expand and lock in their approach to revenue generation and revenue diversification, complementing brand loyalty with YouTube
  • Develop understanding of partners’ (creators’) commercial goals and enhance them with YouTube smart strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strong influence on creator’s strategy through compelling storytelling, case studies, market intelligence, product features and data-backed logic
  • Conduct enhanced discovery conversations to understand creators’ appetite for creative commercial diversity, historical experiences with YouTube and competing platforms
  • Nurture a high-volume portfolio of pre-screened creators invited into the bespoke 6-month program through outbound calling and bespoke email communications, maintaining high activity levels
  • Upsell/cross-sell strategies and activations to existing and new accounts, driving adoption of ideas via positive engagement
  • Measure success by Pitch Rates and Conversion Rates
  • Document all aspects of the sales cycle in the CRM, following correct workflow processes
  • Work reactively to Sales Support Team & QA direction, and provide proactive insights to the group
  • Offer regular insights into geographic region and specific creator partners regarding trends and behaviours to create a feedback loop (voice of the creator)
  • Participate in the development of materials needed for campaigns/programs
