Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish and English
At least 2-6 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
IT / Security Management Consulting: Held leadership positions, owned relationships with organizational executives as a management or technical consultant, worked on infosec and IT issues including technical cybersecurity (applying controls, improving architectures) and operational cybersecurity (organizational alignment, cyber policy review)
Security Program Development: Personally contributed to the development, management, and implementation of a security program, helping organizations build, enhance, or recalibrate their plans
Keeps up with the latest cyber breaches
Strong communication and writing skills
Comfortable working independently and with a team
Self-motivated with a desire to rapidly accelerate skills
Passion for innovation and customer-focused work

Responsibilities

Contribute to the delivery of large and complex strategic advisory service engagements, engaging with management-level individuals across industry segments
Assess and develop cybersecurity and incident response programs proactively to mature organizations' security posture prior to incidents
Develop cutting-edge scenarios to help customers exercise their full range of response capabilities
Produce and ensure delivery of high-quality written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings to customer management
Identify and address emerging trends in cybersecurity, drawing on government and private sector perspectives
Contribute thought leadership and experiences to internal programs and teams
Focus on task-oriented activities, reporting, and supporting engagement leadership to ensure projects are on time and to highest standards
Contribute to thought leadership, methodology development, and other back-office tasks as a secondary function
