Valid driver's license and fleet safety certified
For applicants in Tennessee: valid F-endorsement on driver's license
Basic driving and navigation ability
Ability to use delivery board system
Friendly communication skills
Ability to locate and stock parts
Safety knowledge and skills
Ability to operate inventory systems (back stock) and store equipment
Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers, peers, and management
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
Use basic math accurately (add, subtract, multiply, divide using whole numbers, fractions, decimals)
Ability to work assortment of days, evenings, and weekends
Frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds; occasionally up to 100 pounds
Physical abilities: walking/standing predominantly; talk/hear; use hands/fingers; reach; climb/balance; stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl
Specific vision: close, distance, color, depth perception, adjust focus
Automotive parts experience preferred

Responsibilities

Safely deliver parts to customers as needed (Primary)
Pick and stage parts for customer orders (Primary)
Pick up returns and cores (Primary)
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers (Primary)
Daily collection of credit accounts (Primary)
Store cleanliness: floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot (Secondary)
General stocking: truck stocking and back stock (Secondary)
