Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively and build strong relationships
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, parts catalogs, and procedure manuals
Use basic math accurately (add, subtract, multiply, divide with whole numbers, fractions, decimals)
Ability to work an assortment of days, evenings, and weekends
Safe driving and navigation ability
Ability to use delivery board system
Friendly and persuasive communication
Ability to locate and stock parts
Safety knowledge and skills
Operating inventory systems (back stock) and store equipment
Sales aptitude and customer service orientation
Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions

Automotive parts experience preferred
Physical ability to walk/stand predominantly; talk/hear; use hands/fingers; reach; climb/balance; stoop/kneel/crouch/crawl; lift/move up to 50 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally with assistance; close/distance/color/depth vision and focus adjustment
Responsibilities
Pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers
Pick up returns and cores
Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs
Daily collection of credit accounts
Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing the CPP with insights learned while making deliveries
Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value
Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, and parking lot
General stocking including truck stocking, back stock, and cycle counts
Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales
Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services
