Responsibilities

  • Work closely with ETL-AP mentor to learn AP business and store functions through training and initiative
  • Provide new ideas and recommend solutions to business or team opportunities
  • Actively participate in internship program training, developmental activities, and events
  • Partner with store leaders on team member (TM) performance by teaching, coaching, training, and delivering timely feedback
  • Demonstrate and lead a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
  • Influence and validate security culture by driving physical security/safety processes and leading crisis/emergency responses
  • Create plans for in-store events and crowd management
  • Educate store leaders and teams on emergency preparedness, physical security procedures, and merchandise protection
