Responsibilities
- Provide members with prompt and courteous service and assistance
- Replenish, refill, stock, and straighten merchandise; ensure proper signage
- Keep sales floor clean, neat, and fully organized
- Replenish milk, dairy, freezer, food, and non-food merchandise
- Fold and organize apparel, books, and other merchandise
- Remove empty cardboard from sales floor, shelves, display cases, and box bins; use cardboard baler to dispose of it
- Return all returned and re-shop merchandise to the sales floor
- Maintain all club policies and procedures
- Deliver GOLD Member Standards: Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate (GAA)
- Ensure fast, friendly, full, fresh, clean standards; execute promotional plans and maintain accurate signage
- Maintain Grand Opening Look (GOLD) daily, inside and out
- Understand and access production/financial performance reporting for the department
- Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed
- Resolve and de-escalate member concerns; ensure a safe and positive environment
