Following an HBO or WO education in journalism, marketing, media, creative business, or communication
Accurate and with an eye for detail
Affinity with puzzles and online platforms
Shows initiative and dares to take responsibility
Quickly picks up new systems, and some experience with AI is a plus
Available for at least five months starting January 2026, 32 to 36 hours per week

Responsibilities

Preparing and updating articles written by journalists from various editorial teams
Presenting articles in apps like Puzzelfit using banners according to the publication schedule
Collecting feedback from various sources and using it to improve the puzzle experience for users
Making content as findable as possible for subscribers of the titles
Letting as many people as possible get to know the beautiful things created by the department in the field of puzzles and games
Thinking along about visual expressions of puzzles and games, and generating new ideas for articles
Generating/formatting images for prize puzzles
Helping with the analysis of content: what can be improved, what is done well
Looking at the possibilities that AI offers for the work
Collaborating with journalists and creators to produce articles and content about puzzles and games (e.g., why puzzling is healthy, how puzzles are made, stories behind new games)
Contributing to publishing puzzles on platforms like AD.nl, NU.nl, Libelle, Margriet, Flair, and Puzzelfit app
