Responsibilities

Participation in the Automates product team: integration into an agile squad, participation in ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, review, retrospective)
Support for backlog management: gathering and formalizing user needs as user stories, prioritization with Product Owners, writing acceptance criteria
Contribution to design and continuous improvement: participation in co-design workshops, proposing evolutions, involvement in continuous improvement approach (retrospectives, user feedbacks)
User support and feedback management: handling requests, escalating irritants and improvement suggestions into the backlog
Support for agile testing: writing and executing acceptance tests, participation in sprint demonstrations, follow-up of anomalies and evolutions
