Requirements

  • Motivation and proactivity with strong organizational skills
  • Appreciation for teamwork and comfort in dynamic environments with rapid iterations
  • Final year student in engineering school, computer science, or business school seeking an end-of-studies internship
  • First experience or interest in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Participation in the Automates product team: integration into an agile squad, participation in ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, review, retrospective)
  • Support for backlog management: gathering and formalizing user needs as user stories, prioritization with Product Owners, writing acceptance criteria
  • Contribution to design and continuous improvement: participation in co-design workshops, proposing evolutions, involvement in continuous improvement approach (retrospectives, user feedbacks)
  • User support and feedback management: handling requests, escalating irritants and improvement suggestions into the backlog
  • Support for agile testing: writing and executing acceptance tests, participating in sprint demonstrations, following up on anomalies and evolutions
