Requirements

Technicien(ne) supérieur(e) or Ingénieur(e) 3ème année or Master (in performance industrielle et innovation, électronique, mécanique)
Maîtrise des méthodes 5S, Kaizen, transformation Lean
Bonnes connaissances théoriques des appareils de mesure et de leur utilisation
Aisance dans un laboratoire d’électronique industrielle
Capacités rédactionnelles (notes techniques, documents de présentation)
Bon relationnel, forte autonomie, rigoureux, enthousiaste, dynamique et ordonné
Français courant
Anglais professionnel
Disponible pour un stage de 4 à 6 mois

Responsibilities

Diagnostic de la performance: Observation de l’utilisation, réalisation d’audits terrain, inventaire des équipements et des processus utilisés
Mesures et Analyse: Identification des axes d’amélioration pour efficacité, qualité, coûts, délais, et maintenance (Tri, rangement, standardisation maintenance), proposition des plans de progrès associés
Amélioration: Appui technique dans les chantiers de résolution de problèmes, conception et mise en œuvre de solutions (système de traçabilité et localisation géographique des appareils de mesure, organisation des postes de travail avec création de toolbox, aménagement de kits d’outils avec compartiments en mousse)
Contrôle des résultats: Analyse de la performance (robustesse et stabilité), mise en place d’indicateurs d’excellence opérationnelle démontrant la productivité, la sécurité et la qualité, favorisant une culture de l’amélioration continue
