Requirements

Preparing a Bac +5 level degree from an engineering school, business school, or university
Seeking a 6-month end-of-studies internship in a stimulating environment
Demonstrating dynamism, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn
Having a team-oriented mindset
Possessing strong analytical and synthesis skills
Having good communication skills in both French and English
Interest in the aeronautics industry and digital transformation
(Plus) Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (6 Sigma, 5S, SMED, Kaizen, PDCA, etc.) and/or aircraft production and assembly processes
(Plus) Knowledge of quality standards (APQP, Control Plan, FMEA, etc.) and problem-solving methodologies (8D/9S)
(Plus) Knowledge of project management methods

Responsibilities

Optimize Manufacturing Engineering or Quality processes
Conduct on-site analysis of current processes and practices
Diagnose performance or compliance issues
Propose improvement plans to enhance production efficiency
Define and design future tools for Manufacturing Engineering or Quality
Define and formalize functional requirements with end users
Interface with technical architects and developers
Organize and conduct tool testing
Deploy new tools or processes on-site
Design and prepare training materials
Support change management by convincing management of the added value of new processes/tools
Train and coach users from various departments on tool usage
Measure adherence to new processes through indicator tracking
