  • Réalisation d’une étude « business case » : définition de la problématique et de la solution, du project charter, coût et retour sur investissement
  • Rédaction cahier des charges
  • Étude de faisabilité technique : choix des puces RFID adaptées aux environnements de lavage/autoclavage, positionnement optimal sur les pièces
  • Conception d’une interface intuitive pour le suivi et l’assistance au montage
  • Définition des seuils d’alerte pour la maintenance préventive
  • Participation à des tests terrain et à l’analyse des données collectées
